Our commitment

Hagane takes the handling of personal data seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it's used, and what rights you have over it. We aim to be clear and specific rather than vague or comprehensive-sounding.

This policy applies to all personal data collected through our website and through direct contact with us. It does not cover data processed as part of client engagements, which is governed by separate service agreements.

Contact form submissions

When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. Subject line is optional. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics data

If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymised data about how you interact with the site — pages visited, session duration, referring source. No personally identifying information is included in analytics data.

Cookie consent preferences

Your cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser's localStorage. This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to us.

Advertising and tracking data

If you consent to advertising cookies, data about your visit may be shared with advertising networks such as Google for purposes including remarketing and attribution.

How we use it

Third-party data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share anonymised analytics data or advertising signals with the following categories of third-party services, but only where you have given consent to the relevant cookie categories:

Data Collection and Use

Hagane collects personal information you provide when contacting us about predictive maintenance, translation workflows, and operational dashboards. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
